These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the luggage transfer services (“Service”) provided by City Beautiful Luggage Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Scope of Service

Our Service involves picking up bags from one resort or lodging location and delivering them to another within the Orlando, Florida area. We are not a transportation service for people, animals, or vehicles.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, prohibited items, or inaccurate information.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • You will provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
  • Bags must be fully packed, securely closed, and labeled.
  • You must be reachable on the day of service.
  • You authorize us to coordinate with resort bell services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your resort accepts third-party deliveries.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, resort restrictions, or inability to contact the Customer.

3. Prohibited Items

  • Valuables such as cash or jewelry
  • Passports, medications, or essential documents
  • Electronics exceeding $500 value
  • Weapons or hazardous items
  • Perishables or illegal substances
  • Improperly packed or loose items
  • Sports Equipment

4. Liability & Limits

Maximum reimbursement is $100 per bag. Claims must be reported within 24 hours. We are not responsible for prohibited items, improper packing, delays due to external circumstances, or consequential damages.

5. Pickup & Delivery Conditions

Pickup and delivery windows are estimated and may vary. Bags are typically delivered by resort check-in time but this is not guaranteed.

6. Fees, Billing, and Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. All fees are listed at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time prior to booking confirmation.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refunds are provided for cancellations made before 10:59 AM ET on the day of service. No refunds after 11:00 AM ET except when we cancel for operational reasons.

8. Rescheduling

If you need to modify the time or resort details after booking:

  • We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate changes, but adjustments are not guaranteed.
  • Requests made after 11:00 AM ET may not be possible.
  • Significant changes may incur rebooking or redelivery fees.

9. Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking without refund if a Customer behaves abusively toward staff, provides fraudulent information, or attempts to circumvent resort procedures.

10. Privacy

We only collect information required to complete your order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as needed to provide the Service (such as sharing your name with resort bell services).

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to that order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
